Episode 1 Overview
Strawberry Smell begins with the surprising encounter of Aslı and Burak, who have completely opposite characters, lives, and motivations. Aslı gets fired from the bakery where she works because of Burak. Meanwhile, her closest friend Gonca is about to leave for a job in Bodrum and convinces Aslı to come along. Aslı doesn’t want to miss the opportunity to work in Bodrum, both to earn money and to enjoy a vacation. Although her mother is not very supportive of Aslı going to Bodrum, she cannot resist her daughter’s insistence and gives her permission.
At the same time, Burak’s father, whose patience is wearing thin due to Burak’s irresponsible behavior, sends him to work at the newly acquired hotel.
Our story begins as the arrogant, conceited, and rebellious Burak boards the same plane as the cheerful, warm, and sincere Aslı, who is on her way to Bodrum.
