The life of high school student Ekim, who leads an ordinary existence in a middle-class neighborhood of Istanbul, is dramatically altered by a tragic traffic accident she witnesses. All Ekim can recall about the incident is the mask on the driver’s face and her friend Leyla, lying bloodied on the ground.
Upon discovering that the vehicle that struck Leyla and fled is hidden within the nearby Gerçek Private High School, the community erupts in outrage. The car seemingly vanishes from the affluent school attended by privileged students. In an attempt to calm the tensions, the school board decides to offer scholarships to three outstanding students from the neighborhood, allowing the incident to fade from memory. However, Ekim refuses to let those responsible for her friend’s condition escape unscathed. She is convinced that the perpetrator is one of the entitled kids from the school.
Yet, Gerçek Private High School, which appears to be a paradise, harbors darker secrets beneath its facade. It conceals a far more dangerous reality: bullying.
A group of students engages in violent behavior, putting Ekim and two other underprivileged students in a life-or-death struggle. As Ekim attempts to lift the veil on the truth and seek justice, her emotions will complicate her journey, causing her heart to be torn apart. The fierce winds of youth will blow through Gerçek Private High School, changing everything forever.
