Episode 1 Summary

The beloved daughter of the Karadeniz family, Şimal, is about to graduate from university. Her father Dursun, who she barely convinced to let her study in Istanbul, along with her sister Emine, whom she sees as a mother, and her brother Miraç, are on their way from Artvin to attend her graduation ceremony. But Şimal has a different excitement in mind, she plans to introduce her boyfriend Kenan to her father and, with his approval, marry Kenan. She also dreams of opening a ceramics studio with her best friend Aslı and starting the life she’s always imagined. However, Şimal’s life doesn’t go as planned. After an “accident” and a “lie” she feels compelled to tell her family, her life takes an unexpected turn. This accident and lie lead her to cross paths with Civan.

Civan, the son of the prestigious Saydam family from Gaziantep and one of the two heirs to the family’s large glass company, is under pressure to prove to his father Tahsin and mother Neval that he is the ideal son they want him to be. If he fails, his dreams of taking over the company will be dashed, and his brother Okan will be next in line.

To avoid disappointing their families, Şimal and Civan decide to play a game. However, this game doesn’t go as they had planned. As they struggle to regain control over the situation, Şimal and Civan find themselves caught in a whirlwind of events.
