The TV series “Innocence” is a Turkish psychological thriller and drama created by Faruk Targut and directed by Ömür Atay, with the screenplay written by Sırma Yanık. The show stars Hülya Avşar, Mehmet Aslantuğ, Deniz Çakır, and İlayda Alişan in the main roles. The series premiered on February 24, 2021, and ended on May 24, 2021, after airing 13 episodes.
Storyline: Bahar, a mother of two and married woman, experiences a significant shift in her life when her 19-year-old daughter, Ela, falls in love with the wrong person. Instead of a college student her age, Ela’s love interest is her father’s 35-year-old boss, who is on the verge of marrying his ex-girlfriend.
